How much does a room cost?
A Deposition Room (Up to 8 seats) is $125 an hour, $450 for a half day (4 hours) or $850 for a full day (8 hours). A Large Deposition Room (Up to 12 seats, at 835 Wilshire Blvd, 611 Wilshire Blvd, 201 Wilshire Blvd and 1521 Locust St) is $150 an hour, $550 or $1,050. A Client Meeting Room (2–4 seats) is $50 an hour. The minimum is 2 hours. You see the total before you pay, and no booking fee is added at checkout.
What if the deposition is continued or canceled?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, we credit what you paid toward a future booking within 12 months. No-shows are not refunded.
Do I have to use your court reporter?
No. Depo Pros is a meeting-room company. Bring any court reporter you like. If you'd rather not find one, ask for a referral and we'll introduce an independent reporter we work with regularly. You contract with and pay them directly.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 2 business days online. For anything sooner, call us at (213) 232-3820. We can often make it work.
Is my booking confirmed when I pay?
Yes. The time is checked against existing bookings before checkout opens, so once the payment goes through the room is yours. Your confirmation email has a calendar invite and directions.
Can a witness or attorney join by video?
Yes. Every deposition room is videoconference-ready: bring your own laptop or ask for ours. The Large Deposition Room also has a large display for exhibits and remote participants, and space for a videographer's camera and lighting.
Can I book two rooms for a mediation?
Yes. Book a deposition room for the joint session (the Large Deposition Room at 835 Wilshire Blvd, 611 Wilshire Blvd, 201 Wilshire Blvd and 1521 Locust St for bigger groups) and a Client Meeting Room for each side as a caucus room. Tell us in the notes and we'll place them next to each other where possible.
What if we run past the booked time?
Extra time is billed at the hourly rate if the room is free.
